As an Associate Engineer, you will :

• Assist in the design and drafting of base maps, site plans, grading plans, and utility plans.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical challenges and learn industry best practices.
• Possess a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university, along with at least one year of experience in civil engineering design; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Be proficient in AutoCAD.
• Participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
