Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with Pros to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Serve as the primary contact for Pros, ensuring alignment on goals and addressing concerns
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling add-on products
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking account performance
Experience managing mid-market accounts with a focus on retention and expansion
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in an early-stage role and provide feedback on processes
