Quality Manager
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible to ensure effective product safety and quality system controls are implemented. You will ensure all products placed in the market are fully compliant to customer, regulatory, industry, and Ardent Mills requirements. You will provide technical guidance to your team and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Your responsibilities :
Ensure Quality / Food Safety execution, including training, compliance, verification and auditing activities, upholding customer standards, and direct implementation of Q / FS policiesManage the wheat pipeline to ensure wheat shipped to the mill meets customer needs, optimizes mill performance, and is in alignment with regulatory standardsManage customer audit programs, do documentation, specifications, and ensure active customer supportBuild relationships with local customers to uncover opportunities that lead to value creation and strengthen ties between our companiesMaintain customer audit certification and agreed 3rd party certificationLead Integrated Pest ManagementMaintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practicesEssential skills and experience :
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years or High School diploma / GED with 6-9 years of Quality Systems and Food Safety experience in flour milling or related manufacturing industryDemonstrated Knowledge and implementation of the following programs :Food Safety PlanIntegrated Pest ManagementGood Manufacturing PracticesFood Microbiology and ChemistryFDA and FGIS Grain StandardsKnowledge of GFSI audit standardsKnowledge of Grain MarketDemonstrated ability to apply knowledge of quality standards and tools to enhance food safety and qualityExperience interacting effectively with customers, including ensuring products meet specifications, and solving customer problemsPCQI and HACCP certificationGood to have :
Experience in project management, including applying structured approach to planning, administering and completing projects successfullyDemonstrated understanding of Statistical Process Control and ability to complete elementary statistical analysisPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions (With or without reasonable accommodation) :

Competitive Compensation : We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experience. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $86,200.00 - $114,915.90, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 10% Annual.
