Overview

Compensation

  • Min Compensation : USD $54,000.00 / Yr.
  • Max Compensation : USD $66,375.00 / Yr.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
  • Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
  • Manages areas of responsibility to enhance the gaming experience of guests to Live! Casino & Hotel is becoming the number 1 gaming and entertainment venue in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Development of staff to include training, interviewing for hires, conducts disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
  • Review departmental status with Food and Beverage Director.
  • Develop and manage programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
  • Meets with directors and managers as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret restaurant operational results.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Accuracy in completing assigned duties under pressure and in a timely manner.

    • Qualifications

    Must-Haves :

  • Preferred, five (5) to seven (7) years experience in restaurant management and supervision.
  • Preferred, a four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
  • Alcohol Beverage Control card
  • Any applicable heath certificates

    • Physical Requirements

  • Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
  • Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to
  • Stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.
  • Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators
