North Central Utility (NCU) is looking for a self-motivated and results driven Parts Route Coordinator, to represent NCU in the heavy-duty truck & trailer parts industry.
North Central Utility is one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the nation and the largest in the North Central region with 10 locations throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. We offer reefer, dry van and flatbed trailers from Utility Trailer Manufacturing at all locations and vocational trailers from MAC Trailers in Wisconsin - we sell new and used semi-trailers. With Moore Space, we offer temporary storage container solutions as well. Our parts department has an extensive inventory in Heavy-Duty Truck / Tractor and Trailer parts. Our broad product line and geographic coverage ensures we are a "One Stop Shop" for truck and semi-trailer parts. Our service department offers everything from routine maintenance, certified DOT inspections to precision laser alignment, as well as complete wreck repair for trailers of all makes and models. No job is too big or too small for our skilled service technicians.

Assist sales rep as an Account Ambassador for customer accountsOversee and coordinate the route operationUtilize routing program to assure efficient delivery operationEnsure the route customers are taken care of efficiently and accuratelyAct as a liaison between customer, rep and NCUIncrease sales volume through promotional activitySuggest items of value to build customer loyalty and identify opportunities for incremental sales volume as neededOrder parts and fill back orders for Route CustomersWork with management to eliminate excess inventory and increase turnsIncrease route profitabilityEnsure parts are pulled and ready for daily route deliveries assuring Salesmen are able to leave by 8 : 30am each dayBuild relationships with route customersAssist in flyer creationShare samples of new product(s) with our customer base, selling the features and benefits as neededAssist warehouse, front and back counter as neededAnswer parts callsAssist with warranty administration for the Route CustomersMaintain an accurate Route ListMaintain Price Code tables for route customers, assuring competitive pricing while maximizing marginCycle call Route Customers weeklyRun the Route during Salesman absenceAssist Manager as neededOther Tasks as AssignedQualifications :
