Home Health

Rowan, Carter, Menifee, Elliott, Bath, Montgomery, Lewis, and Morgan Counties. Will try to give them patients close together each day.

Mainly performing evaluations and OASIS-related visits with PTAs on staff to follow up. Usually, they will see anywhere from 3 to 6 patients a day.
