This mid-level position requires solid technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently on challenging intelligence collection and analysis tasks while supporting both senior analysts and junior team members. A talented, results-driven individual to work in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and analysts who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and leveraging them to make an operational mission impact.

What are the primary responsibilities for the Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst position?
- Drive mission success by working independently to conduct holistic deep signals and protocol analysis of various signals of interest
- Using familiarity with national intelligence databases, sources, methodologies, and analytical tradecraft, extract data relevant to operational and in-development systems and communicate these findings in written and oral formats
- Conduct needs analyses and participate as a member of development teams by offering intelligence operator perspective; provide feedback on CONOPs and tool development, interface with mid-level stakeholders in customer organizations
- Working as a member of a team, provide feedback on system efficacy by analyzing results and comparing to optimal / expected system performance; serve as initial validator for new capabilities
- Employ newly-developed systems in support of customer mission objectives
What required background will make you successful?
Ability to obtain and maintain TS / SCI security clearance and polygraphUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis fieldProven ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of complex signal dataExperience with signal protocol analysisProficiency in analyzing various communication protocols (radio, digital, network)Strong data extraction and pattern recognition abilitiesExperience with statistical analysis and performance metrics evaluationDemonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiencesExperience working effectively in multidisciplinary teamsComfort with rapidly evolving technologies and mission requirementsAttention to detail and precision in analysis and validation processesProven ability to provide operational feedback to analytic tool technical development teamsStrong understanding of translating operational requirements into technical specificationsPreferred Skills :
Current and active Top-Secret Clearance with a polygraphFamiliarity with Intelligence Community databases and systemsUnderstanding of intelligence collection methodologies and analytical tradecraft standardsKnowledge of classification guidelines and operational security considerationsExperience with electronic warfare or signals intelligence systemsBackground in cross-functional team environmentsPrevious experience bridging technical and operational perspectivesExperience with concepts of operations (CONOPS) developmentProfessional certifications in relevant technical areasWhere is the position located?
