Position :

  • Residential Registered Nurse RN Location : Wakefield, MA Pay rate : $44 / hour                                                                                                                                      Schedule : This position will typically operate on a Monday – Friday schedule; may be required to work evenings and weekends in emergency healthcare needs; must have flexibility as schedule may vary to meet needs of agency and the Individuals we support Benefits of Working for us!
  • Incremental Pay increases based on years of service, pending performance evaluations Low-cost benefit plans – Medical & dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverage Tuition reimbursement eligibility after 90 days of employment Summary & Responsibilities The Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of the overall healthcare and well-being of individuals who reside in our Residential Program group homes and independent apartment settings.
  • We are looking for someone with a strong background and experience in working with adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.
  • Responsibilities include staff training on specific treatment protocols and providing consultation regarding the medical needs of the individuals.
  • Effective communication skills and sound judgement skills are a must along with the ability to be a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Certified MAP Trainer strongly preferred but training is also available.
  • Qualifications Must have a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a community health setting; preferably with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Must respect the dignity of individuals with disabilities and believe in their self-determination and growth.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.  A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must Valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Must pass company background and reference checks Check out our website :
