job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExtensive experience managing complex residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects Exceptional leadership to manage, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Production Assistants Strong ability to schedule and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timely, high-quality work Excellent follow-up skills with sales representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to guarantee flawless execution Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for project tracking, reporting, budgeting, and preparing / reviewing weekly labor invoices Experience estimating residential and commercial projects Experience with AccuLynx or similar project management software is highly desired Oversee roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Recruit, schedule, and manage subcontractors and crews to maintain top performance Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve delays, and implement corrective measures Conduct daily site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance Collaborate closely with sales representatives to confirm scope, materials, and customer expectations Hold Production Assistants accountable for daily tasks and project deliverables Implement and maintain inventory management processes to minimize waste and optimize costs Provide accurate estimates and manage budgets for both residential and commercial projects Drive a culture of relentless execution, accountability, and servant leadership across the production team 5+ years of proven project management experience in residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish Exceptional leadership and team management skills; able to inspire, mentor, and hold a team accountable Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and client satisfaction Experience with AccuLynx or similar software preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus
