• Assist guests with seating, providing menus and answering initial questions
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of service
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously
• Support the team in maintaining a high standard of guest experience
