Description :

Registered Nurses are needed for the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit.

Travelers are expected to float to other units, including lower acuity settings.

The facility may operate above 100% capacity.

Patient ratios may vary and can be as high as 1 : 6 in some settings.

Weekend shifts are required, with approximately 2 per 4-week schedule.

COVID vaccination is required, but religious and medical exemptions are accepted.

Travelers should have experience managing dysrhythmias and starting IVs.

This role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team for patient care.

The daily census will reflect the high volume of patients across various diagnoses.

Travelers will work with adult and geriatric patient populations.

Compliance documents must be provided before starting.

All travelers should prepare for a drug screening.

Personal transportation is required for this role, as public transport may not be available.

Eligible candidates must be fully available for compliance in the initial weeks after signing.
