About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Coordinator to join our team. As a Residential Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of services provided to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who reside in one of our Family Home residences. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support to live the life they choose. You will work closely with members of their community support team and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their daily lives.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities field
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of assigned FHP residences

Develop and implement care plans for clients

Ensure individuals receive the highest quality of care and support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care

Conduct routine monitoring of medications, homes, and documentation

Help manage obstacles as they arise
