We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the online presence of our organization and engage with our community members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, responding to comments and messages, organizing online events, and cultivating a positive community experience.
Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in community management or social media management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.Responsibilities :Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow the community.Monitor online conversations and engage with community members in a timely and professional manner.Plan and coordinate online events, such as webinars, live streams, and Q&A sessions.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of community initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
