JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Finance Manager, the Billing Coordinator will provide direct support to administer all aspects of the billing process related to student fees for all residential campuses. This position provides oversight to the billing processes for winter and summer housing, including conferences, campus, summer school, athlete preseason, and early arrivals.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position works under the direction of the Finance Manager for the department of Housing Administration and Finance. This position collaborates with Dining Services finance staff to ensure accurate use of the software used to bill residential students for dining. Additionally, this position works collaboratively with the Bursar\'s Office staff as well as the UConn audit to resolve student billing issues related to campus housing fees and charges.
