Labor & Employment Attorney Partner - AM LAW

I am currently working with the lead partner at a national AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit a Partner who specializes in Labor & Employment to join their Chicago office.

Job Description :

Due to a period of growth, this firm requires a Partner level attorney to join its L&E group in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will work closely with lead Partners on sophisticated L&E Litigation group.
  • Assist in the development of the firm's practice group in Chicago.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of Illinois
  • 7+ years of experience in Labor & Employment matters.
  • Operating as a partner, or close to partnership level.
  • A minimal book of business (L&E Litigation) is required.

  • The base compensation range is $330k-450k (dependent on experience / portable business).
