Associate, Credit College Program Delivery, Events & Logistics Lead

The target audience for Credit College is business and credit analysts at various levels who are seeking to develop their credit and judgment skills as well as adjacent job families looking to better navigate Capital One's credit culture. Our dedicated team works with a group of highly engaged partners to envision and deliver the future of Credit training at Capital One.

This events & logistics lead will partner closely with the program delivery leads to support the planning and delivery of engaging, well managed learning experience for several signature Credit College learning programs.

The ideal candidate for this position :

• Has experience coordinating logistics for high-stake, high-visibility programs and events
• Has excellent communication skills, including proven ability to collaborate with various levels in an organization
• Is extremely organized and detail oriented, with the ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience managing calendars and scheduling
• Is able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Has excellent project management and event planning skills
• Excels at managing details of a project while also understanding the larger picture, effectively prioritizing tasks with competing timelines
• Has experience creating and managing timelines, budgets and catering needs
• Is able to identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
• Is curious and eager to learn more about our core subject matter : How Capital One makes and manages risks in lending decisions

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $71,200 - $81,300 for Learning Associate

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
