Focused Practice Area : Business Litigation, Receiverships & Securities Litigation, Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Real Property Litigation, Intellectual Property & Trademark Litigation, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights, Appellate Advocacy, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

Requirement :

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Organized and can meet deadlines
• Self-starter and focus on long term career goals
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, Excel
