A company is looking for a Client Experience Agent who is passionate about helping people create outdoor spaces they love.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
Communicate proactively to set expectations and ensure a seamless client experience
Track client progress through key milestones and address potential roadblocks early
Required Qualifications
Available 40 hours / week, including Saturdays (EST hours)
Experienced with CRM systems (Zendesk a plus)
Self-motivated and comfortable multitasking with minimal oversight
Passionate about outdoor living and sustainable design
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
