Position Overview :

The Manager of Global Marine Insights supports Brunswick Corporation's marine customer, consumer, and business insight initiatives. Reporting to the Director Consumer Strategy & Insights, this role collaborates with teams across Mercury Marine, Boat Group, and Navico and Business Acceleration units.

This individual will assist in executing cross-divisional research projects, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support Brunswick's marine growth strategy. The role will contribute to building a strong foundation for consumer and customer understanding across the company's marine brands.

Essential Functions :

• Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience across all brand touch points
• Assist in implementing the marine insights strategy aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to the development of research roadmaps and project plans.
• Help track KPIs and success metrics related to customer experience and brand performance.

Working Conditions :

The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,800 - $138,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
