Job Description

We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at 11911 S Parker RD STE 101 Parker, CO 80134 . This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

Base Salary of $45,000.00 + 50% New Bonus Commission. The estimated total yearly compensation is between $65,000.00 - $95,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Create insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales

Participate in local community events

Develop networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.

Foster and maintain client relationships

Use lead management systems effectively

Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback

Positive and energetic attitude

Strong desire for personal and professional growth
