Summary Of Position

As an Architectural Designer, you'll gain hands-on experience on real projects across the U.S. while learning from seasoned engineers. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team—Site / Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Architects, and Construction Project Managers—to produce complete construction documents and gain exposure to client needs, building codes, and site adjustments. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges
• Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit applications
• Prepare grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards
• Perform detailed calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
• Prepare detailed technical reports and project presentation materials
• Assist project engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within project budgets
• Attend project meetings

Work Location

This role can be based out of various office locations, including Kent, WA; Bellevue, WA; Puyallup, WA; Richland, WA; Chehalis, WA; Roseville, CA; Ontario, CA; Bentonville, AR; Farmers Branch, TX; Philadelphia, PA; West Chester, PA; Tampa, FL; and Somerville, NJ. Candidates in close proximity to these locations will be considered.
