Certified School Nurse (CSN) Deerfield, IL

Soliant Education is seeking a Certified School Nurse (CSN) to support a district in the Deerfield, IL area for the 20252026 school year. Please note : this role requires Certified School Nurse (CSN) licensure , which is an additional certification beyond the Registered Nurse (RN) credential.

This position will play a key role in supporting students from Early Childhood through transition-aged programs , ensuring both health pliance and individualized medical support.

Position Details :

Location : Deerfield, IL

Schedule : Full-time, full school year

Caseload : ECTransition students (travel between schools may be required depending on schedule)

Responsibilities Include :

Conducting vision and hearing screenings (must hold certification)

Writing and updating individualized healthcare plans and IEP medical ponents

Providing care plan management and support for students with medical needs

Collaborating with staff and families to ensure safe and healthy learning environments

Qualifications :

Illinois Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential required

Current Illinois RN license

Vision and hearing screening certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Previous school-based nursing experience strongly preferred

pensation & Benefits :

Pay Range : $50$65 / hr (based on experience)
