Physician / Gastroenterology / New York / Locum or Permanent / GI Physician Associate opening in Elmira, NY Job

Seeking a qualified, compassionate, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that is experienced in Gastroenterology to complement our team. Collaborate with excellent staff in a growing healthcare system, utilizing premier on-site ancillary services with access to GI suites.

You will be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the development of a regional GI Center of Excellence. Share professional responsibilities with three GI physicians and 2 Advanced Healthcare Practitioners while enhancing the practice, the health system, and the community.

Qualifications :

• Master s degree and successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program
• Current NYS professional license as an NP / PA and DEA license
• Board Certification
• Attain / Maintain board certification; Other certifications may also be required, including, but not limited to : ACLS, ATLS, BLS
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
• Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients
