Staff Product Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, New Products (Underpayments).

Key Responsibilities

Lead product discovery and design for underpayment detection workflows and logic

Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements

Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption

Required Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in underpayments or related RCM workflows

Proven ability to develop complex algorithms and detection workflows from scratch

Experience working with non-standardized payer data and translating business rules into technical requirements

Strong cross-functional leadership experience with engineering and data science teams

Healthcare / RCM domain expertise with a track record of delivering impactful products
