What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Pumproom Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading fluid volumes received at the plant, performing daily regulatory inventories, make internal fluid movements and partner with the other AOC departments on all fluid movements.
Key Job Responsibilities
Follow all regulations, standards, and internal policies, to ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.Operate and maintain all pumps in the pump room to support efficient daily activities.Load and unload fluid volumes according to all regulations and company procedures.Manage the transfer and oversight of materials and products within the tank farm, including daily inventory management, tank sampling, and monitoring stock levels.Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the truck bay, pump room, and containment areas for assigned tanks.Always maintain clean work area to ensure plant operations and the facility are always prepared for environmental inspections / audits.Assist in planning and executing production schedules and maintain the facility to ensure the production of quality products, efficient processing, and a professional appearance.Conduct blending operations and ensure product quality and consistency meet established standards.Transfer tanks as directed, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed.Manage inventory and assist the Production Manager with maintaining plant supplies and managing repairs as needed.Identify opportunities to improve product quality and enhance the efficiency of liquid transfersCross-train in Lab Technician, Lead Operator, and Process Technician roles to support operational flexibility.Perform other duties as assigned.Do you have what it takes?
