A well-established structural engineering firm in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to join their team as a full-time Assistant Project Manager . This role is ideal for a driven structural engineer looking to advance their career by leading projects and mentoring junior team members. You will oversee projects from concept to completion and manage a team of 1–3 staff members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects through all phases
• Supervise and support a small team of engineers and drafters
• Produce structural analysis, designs, calculations, and details
• Review project contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
