About the Team & the Role
The Audience Insights team partners with and influences the strategy of different functions across the organization. The purpose of our team is to use our knowledge and expertise to bring the insights needed to the forefront and ensure the voice of our 3 key audiences (consumers, merchants & dashers) is at the core of our decisions.
As an Audience Insights Manager, you will be joining our Brand Insights function at a unique, exciting, and pivotal time. This role will be focused on supporting our Brand goals and objectives on a variety of projects that will inform our strategies and campaigns.
- Lead research that informs brand positioning, creative effectiveness, and campaign measurement
- Manage and evolve our creative testing program to optimize work across channels
- Uncover drivers of brand health, and identify opportunities for growth
- Influence Marketing leadership decisions and act as a thought partner cross-functionally

5+ years of experience in Marketing Research or InsightsAn understanding of different types of research such as concept development, script testing, copy testing, ethnography, segmentation, brand health, and other qualitative and quantitative techniquesComfort with self-moderating 1-on-1 interviewsCreative and collaborative - you love working with a team and solving challenging problemsUnderstanding of Qualtrics -or- extensive experience with programming surveysExpertise with brand tracking research - leveraging crosstab tools, stat testing tools, and indexingExperience with AI in research with clear understanding of where it can accelerateExperience writing Insights proposals or learning plans, suggesting the best research methodologies to meet project objectives and explaining them to non-researcher stakeholdersThe successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
