Asbestos Abatement Project Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Operations and other company management, coordinate and supervise all activities related to asbestos abatement projects.

Essential duties include :

  • Project Planning

  • Management of Asbestos Abatement Personnel

Qualifications :

  • Valid Michigan Drivers License
  • Current Michigan Asbestos Contractor / Supervisor Accreditation
  • Current Michigan Asbestos Awareness Training Certification
  • Current Michigan Lead / Cadmium Awareness Training Certification
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, Background Check and Physical
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours
  • Ability to Work at locations throughout Michigan and the northern portions of Indiana and Ohio
  • Ability to supervise, manage, and direct the activities of one or more crews of laborers
  • Dependability, Reliability and Punctuality

    Job Position Description :

    With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General / Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their time of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

    Responsibilities :

  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM / Owner
  • Leaving job sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM / Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
