Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site activities for multifamily projects valued at $60M and above. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring seamless communication between all project stakeholders. Your leadership will be essential in delivering projects on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules and multiple trades
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore)
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and quality control
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, owners, and design teams
