We have built a spectacular team that delivers on those ideals, driving incredible growth and opportunity.      We are seeking an Attorney Recruiter or Paralegal to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm.     The Job :

  • Compliance : All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.

Specialized :

  • You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
  • Buy-in :

  • You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates.
  • Negotiate :

  • You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
  • Offers :

  • You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates.     What we seek from you :   Experience recruiting Attorneys or Paralegal experience is a MUST.
  • High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations.  Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders.
  • Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success.  Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.      Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of direct hire experience as a full-cycle recruiter 1+ years recruiting Attorneys in any discipline (Personal Injury a plus) In lieu of recruitment experience, we will consider someone with 4+ years of recent experience working at a law firm.
  • Past applicant tracking system use is required.
  • JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills  Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred for this role but not required.     Total Compensation Package :
