Specialized :
You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.Buy-in :
You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates.Negotiate :
You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates.Offers :
You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates. What we seek from you : Experience recruiting Attorneys or Paralegal experience is a MUST.High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations. Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders.Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success. Able to recruit in multi-state environments.Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs.Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process. Qualifications :
At least 4 years of direct hire experience as a full-cycle recruiter 1+ years recruiting Attorneys in any discipline (Personal Injury a plus) In lieu of recruitment experience, we will consider someone with 4+ years of recent experience working at a law firm.Past applicant tracking system use is required.JazzHR knowledge is a plus.Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred for this role but not required.
