A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to member intake calls and explain the role of EAP and confidentiality
Assess crisis situations, provide appropriate referrals, and document all client interactions accurately
Facilitate connections to additional services and collaborate with Care Managers to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, or related field) required
License required (LPC or LSW)
Minimum three years of graduate-level experience in a behavioral health setting
Experience in Employee Assistance or similar call center work is preferred
Desirable certifications include CEAP, CADC, or NBCC
