job_description.job_card.job_description3-5+ years of engineering experience. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school required, Masters Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Illinois and / or Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license. Fundamental understanding of water resources concepts, including water supply and distribution and sanitary collection and conveyance. Experience in local water agency main and sanitary sewer design projects. Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment on multidisciplinary projects. Experience and ability with Microstation or AutoCad.

Position Type : Full-Time, Exempt
Location : Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Crown Point, IN; Indianapolis, IN
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000 (Exempt, Full-Time Employment position. Compensation commensurate with education, certifications, and years of relevant industry experience.)
Base Pay Range
$80,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities :
- Potable water supply and distribution (water main) analysis and design;
- Wastewater collection and conveyance (sanitary sewer) analysis and design;
- Pump and lift station analysis and design;
- Potable water and sanitary system studies;
- Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
