Our established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional environment that values patient care, precision, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the surgeon during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions and implant placement
- Prepare treatment rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment in compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols
- Take radiographs and support imaging needs
- Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients
- Accurately maintain patient records and documentation
