Salary Range : $17.00 - $25.50

Benefits Include :

Must support multiple locations within 150 miles of permanent address
Mileage reimbursement provided
Premium Pay Rates :
$5 / hour premium on all hours worked
$1.25 / hour weekend shift differential
$1.25 / hour evening / night shift differential (6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM)

Experience Requirements :

Long Term Care Experience (6 months preferred, 3 months required)

Scheduling Requirements :

Minimum of 30 hours per month

One weekend shift per month

Job Summary :

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as a compassionate caregiver, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance. You will work under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN) to address both the physical and psychological needs of the residents. Your responsibilities will include :

Delivering age-appropriate care as per individual care plans.

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

Documenting interactions and care outcomes related to resident well-being.

Ensuring cleanliness and operational upkeep of residents’ living areas.

Supporting dining experiences by assisting with meals and encouraging participation in wellness programs.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or be enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months of starting the position.

Compliance with annual competency testing and continuing education requirements (minimum of 12 hours required annually).
