What will you do?

• Provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers\' lives.
• Sales : Set daily and weekly goals related to the store\'s sales activities, oversee and direct coworkers\' sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor results for revenue and growth.
• Account Management : Oversee coworkers\' collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments, and provide leadership and training to ensure compliance with procedures for collections.
• Leadership : Monitor and achieve planned profits by effectively managing store resources, ensure compliance with company policies, protect assets through expense management, oversee inventory control, product ordering and pricing, cash handling, store security, and quick resolution of problems and complaints.
• Coworker Management : Provide training and development for all coworkers, schedule and organize daily activities and goals, staff and recruit for the store, maximize retention and reduce turnover, and train for exceptional customer service.
