Our client, a leading Asset Management firm based in NYC, is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across investments, wealth strategy, and planning. This role involves developing and distributing marketing collateral, content, and email campaigns in close partnership with subject matter experts to support key business initiatives. The analyst will also craft and refine compelling content across both print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, pitch books, client communications, and various digital platforms, ensuring all materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards. This role offers hands-on experience working with senior leadership and subject matter experts to drive go-to-market strategies, manage marketing collateral, support client engagement events, and strengthen the firm’s digital presence. Candidates must have 1-2 years of marketing experience with a reputable wealth management firm.
Responsibilities include :
Develop, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that align with Private Wealth channel objectives.
Lead project management for marketing collateral, content, and email campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and ensure timely delivery.
Partner with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory standards.
Draft and edit marketing copy for print and digital materials.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in marketing in the wealth management or private banking industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
Foundational knowledge of financial services; private wealth experience a plus.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
