NOW HIRING Before & Afterschool Program Site Director

AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!

Locations : Kenton Elementary School AM shift 7am-9am PM shift 3 : 30pm-6pm- located at 11246 Madison Pike Independence KY

Floater Site Director also needed to work at sites in Independence Kenton County Kentucky

Monday-Friday No Weekends

Pay & Benefits :

As an AlphaBEST Captain , you'll be trained to do the following :

  • Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
  • Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
  • Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
  • Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
  • Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

    • Here's what you'll need :

  • Must have HS diploma, Bachelors or Associates in Education or a child development field.1 year experience in a classroom setting ( in a licensed facility)or group setting with at least 15 students.
  • Must be at least 21years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
