Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced CNC Grinder to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision grinding for tight-tolerance parts. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines to produce components that meet exacting aerospace and defense standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual grinding machines.
Perform precision internal, external, and surface grinding operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with tight tolerances.
Select proper grinding wheels, fixtures, and feeds & speeds for each job.
Troubleshoot grinding issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain equipment and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
Work collaboratively with machinists, engineers, and quality control personnel to meet production goals.

Qualifications :

7+ years of experience with CNC grinding (OD, ID, surface, or jig grinding).

Strong understanding of grinding principles, wheel selection, dressing, and coolant use.

Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Experience with aerospace or high-precision components preferred.

Solid problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
