• Shift : 12 Hour Nights (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)\n

• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1680 - $1800\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or similar acute care nursing setting\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required\n
• Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring, and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n\nCardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document cardiac patients' conditions, responding promptly to changes\n
• Administer cardiac medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care\n
