Overview

We are seeking a skilled Linux Administrator responsible for conducting OS level administration for servers and performing routine maintenance tasks. The role requires writing software automation scripts, developing and deploying software automation, and collaborating with team members to efficiently solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OS level administration for servers and perform normal maintenance tasks.
• Write software automation scripts and develop and deploy software automation.
• Solve problems in a time-efficient manner and collaborate with team members to identify solutions.
• Maintain security posture, evaluate IAVMS, and patch and update software.
• Develop software documentation such as STIG checklists.
• Deploy, STIG / harden, test, and audit software.

Work Environment

The position is based primarily on-site in Warren, MI, with the opportunity to work both independently and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a collaborative approach and effective communication within a dynamic team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $81.73 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Troy, MI.
