Description :

Travel position for an RN specializing in Interventional Radiology.

Shifts are from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating call.

The unit has 3 suites and is staffed by 10 members, including 6 RNs and 4 technologists.

Day shift staffing includes 6 RNs and 4 technologists.

Night shift is not specified.

Typical procedures performed include neuro interventional cases such as thrombectomies, coilings, and spinal angiograms.

IR body cases such as G-tubes, biopsies, and mediports are also commonly performed.

Trauma angiograms for spleen, liver, GDA, and renal are included in the unit's offerings.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, adaptable to different physician preferences, and willing to take call.

On-call average is approximately 13 days per month with 1 to 2 weekends.

Call teams consist of 2 technologists and 2 nurses per day.
