Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day : avg census in Neuro ICU is 10pts, Neurosurgery consults avg 5 / night

No other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment

2 neuro intensivists in group and they will be available by phone at nights

Lab Onsite & Xray on site

Typical level 1 trauma set up

Documentation System / EMR : Epic

Trauma Level / Designation : level 1 trauma, comprehensive stroke

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days

Board Certified (PA or CNP licensed in Ohio) - REQUIRED

OH license REQUIRED (no exceptions)

Clean background REQUIRED (no exceptions)

BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED

ENLS - Highly preferred

Must be comfortable covering a neuro ICU in a level 1 trauma center. Experience working with stroke patients. - REQUIRED (please note)

APC that can cover a level 1 trauma center neuro ICU (16 beds) at night. This candidate will also cover neurosurgical consults at night - REQUIRED (please note)
