Overview

A family that splits their time between Cow Hollow (SF) and Healdsburg is seeking an upbeat, playful nanny for their three boys (ages 1, 3 and 5 years old). This person will team with the parents to divide and conquer childcare, so the nanny will rarely have all three children at one time. Schedule : Saturdays and Sundays 10-12 hour days depending on candidate's preference. Location : San Francisco / Healdsburg. Salary : $40-$45 / hour DOE + standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays). Children : 1, 3 and 5 years old. Pets : n / a. Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a nice-to-have but not required
• COVID-vaccinated + boosted
• TB and Tdap
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with a clean record (family can provide a household car for work-related driving)
• Prioritizes children's safety; responsible, trustworthy
• Outgoing, upbeat, able to keep up with 3 high-energy boys
• Excellent communication; comfortable holding boundaries with a firm but kind approach
• Can make at least a year commitment, ideally longer for a great fit
