Travel Diabetic Educator - $3,324 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Diabetic Educator for a travel job in Columbus, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Diabetic Educator Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Responsibilities : Calculate radiation doses and design / oversee treatment plans Perform CT simulation, CBCT / kV / mV imaging, and stereotactic radiosurgery planning Develop and execute Electron Beam, External Beam, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and HyperArc SRS treatment plans Utilize ARIA / Eclipse (Varian) systems for planning and chart checks Create custom molds and shields, calculate dose distribution, and plan portal casts Apply radiation safety procedures and handle radioactive isotopes Manage treatment planning for various cancers : brain, prostate, testicular, kidney, pancreatic, Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, provide patient / family education, and document procedures in Epic Additional Skills / Requirements : Ability to lift / transfer patients, work with isolation precautions, and participate in emergency response Supervisory / management experience preferred Adherence to hospital policies, compliance requirements, and documentation standards Experience Required : Minimum 3 years; 1st timers accepted Certifications Required : CMD About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
