Provider Relations Representative

A company is looking for a Sr. Provider Relations Representative to provide education and training for network providers and related stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update provider education materials, including web-based and computer-based training

Conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions with various stakeholders

Act as a liaison to ensure training needs are met and respond to educational requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years job-related work experience or Associate's Degree with 2 years experience)

4 years of experience in customer service, claims processing, education / training, or healthcare

Demonstrated skills in training materials development and classroom presentations

Working knowledge of government healthcare programs and HIPAA policies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
