Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective customers to explain services and assist with understanding offerings
Troubleshoot issues for customers and providers

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in both English and Spanish
1+ year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
