  • Pay : $19.00 / hour to start + guaranteed pay increase after 720 hours
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday; OT available on Saturdays
  • Shifts : 1st (5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM) or 2nd (4 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM)
  • Benefits : Full-time benefits and weekly pay
  • Training : On-the-job—no experience required

What Will I Do?

  • Operate and oversee production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect output, perform basic adjustments, and follow quality procedures
  • Troubleshoot straightforward equipment issues
  • Document production counts and maintain accurate records
  • Work as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production targets
