Salesforce Technical Operations Manager
Lead the technical operations and governance of our Salesforce platform and related applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, support end users, and ensure compliance with IT governance standards.

Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations, administration, and DevOps for Salesforce and related platformsPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver new featuresEnsure compliance with IT governance and security protocolsProvide backup support for configuration, agile coordination, and user supportHelp define and guide solution design across software and network layersLead and support a high-performing team environment by fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile best practicesOversee staff development through training, career planning, performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoringAssess team maturity and provide tailored coaching to support sustainable growth and agile adoptionFacilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospectives, and other agile processes to ensure team alignment and progressPromote self-organization by empowering teams to manage their own work without assigning or dictating tasksGuide teams through estimation, planning, decision-making, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth deliveryEstablish and maintain open, consistent communication channels with stakeholders and business leadershipDefine and implement formal communication strategies to align expectations and share progress transparentlyDirect project execution by resolving issues, supporting decision-making, and ensuring timely communication throughout all phasesManage team resource allocation to optimize efficiency and control costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify and remove impediments to progressQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.5 years experience with Salesforce, with Salesforce Admin 1 and Dev 1 certifications3 years of progressive experience leading teams1 year of experience in the financial services industryAbility to work in a dynamic or fast-paced environmentExperience leading and delivering full-cycle implementation projects related to Salesforce softwareThorough knowledge of agile tools and techniques including user stories, prefer working knowledge of JIRAOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organizationDemonstrated track record of working directly with business and technical audiences alikeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in computer scienceSalesforce Dev 2 certificationExperience managing offshore staffWorking Conditions :
Hybrid office environment : requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids / Denver / Baltimore / Philadelphia).Compensation :
The salary for this position generally ranges between $140,000 - $155,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at the Companys discretion.
