Starting Salary : $89,112.00
New hires are paid the starting rate. Current employees' pay rate is determined by their job title and years of service

Under direction, performs financial planning, underwriting, and financial analysis of requests for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and other sources of funding assistance for affordable housing developments
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Presents projects in public forums professionally and knowledgeably
Additional duties may be required for this position

Days : Monday - Friday (occasional weekend hours will be required)
Hours : 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm (occasional evening hours will be required)

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a directly related field, plus two (2) years of experience in financial analysis.
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS
This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, will be selected.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing the following :
Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
