Supply Planner – Beauty / Cosmetics Industry

Location : El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 (Direct Hire)

Vaco is partnering with a high-growth, industry-leading beauty / cosmetics brand to find a Supply Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is hybrid , with in-office days on Monday and Tuesday , plus occasional additional days for key meetings.

What You'll Do :

Develop and manage a 52-week rolling supply plan to support multi-channel and marketing inventory needs.

Monitor inventory levels, mitigate risks, and optimize stock levels.

Own NetSuite and MRP transactions, including new SKU setups and vendor communications.

Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and operations teams to streamline supply chain processes.

Support S&OP initiatives , lost sales reporting, and stock level forecasting.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of supply planning experience in CPG, beauty, or a related industry .

NetSuite and MRP expertise required ; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality .

Experience with global supply chain expansion is a plus.
